Terms of Use

Last updated 2 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Viral Group Link (“we”, “us”, “the Service”). By accessing the Service, browsing listings, submitting a group or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. What the Service is — and what it is not

Viral Group Link is an index of publicly shared WhatsApp group invite links submitted by third parties. We operate a directory and nothing more. Specifically, we do not:

  • own, operate, host, administer or moderate any listed group;
  • have access to the messages, media or membership of any group;
  • screen, endorse, verify or vouch for any group, its admins or its members;
  • act as an agent, partner or representative of any group admin;
  • have any affiliation with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

A listing appearing on this site is not a recommendation. Publication of a listing after review means only that it was not obviously in breach of these Terms at the moment it was reviewed. It is not an ongoing guarantee about a group's conduct, safety or content.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least the minimum age required to use WhatsApp in your country — whichever is higher. In the European Union and United Kingdom that minimum is 16 in several jurisdictions. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using it under any applicable law.

3. Rules for submitting a group

When you submit a group you represent and warrant that:

  • you are an administrator of that group, or have the express permission of an administrator to list it publicly;
  • the members of that group would reasonably expect the invite link to be shared publicly;
  • the link is a genuine chat.whatsapp.com invite and does not redirect anywhere else;
  • the name, description and category you provide are accurate and not misleading;
  • you hold all rights necessary to submit the content you provide;
  • the submission does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not submit, and must not use the Service to promote, any group that involves or facilitates:

  • Sexual content — pornography, nudity, escort or prostitution services, or any sexually explicit material;
  • Child safety violations — any material that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors. This is reported to the relevant authorities, not merely deleted;
  • Violence and extremism — terrorism, violent extremism, incitement to violence, or glorification of either;
  • Hate — harassment or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease;
  • Fraud — scams, phishing, Ponzi and pyramid schemes, "money doubling", fake investment or trading signals, or any deceptive financial offer;
  • Illegal goods and services — drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, forged documents, stolen data, hacked or resold accounts, or "carding";
  • Intellectual property infringement — piracy, cracked software, unlicensed streams or leaked paid content;
  • Privacy violations — doxxing, or sharing others' personal data without consent;
  • Platform abuse — spam, bulk or duplicate submissions, engagement farming, bots, or automated scraping of this site;
  • anything otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction or in ours.

We may also apply an automated word filter to submissions. Certain terms are refused outright; others are masked in the displayed text. This filter is a convenience, not a guarantee, and does not replace your own obligation to comply with this section.

5. Your responsibility when joining a group

Read this before you join anything. When you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number — and typically your profile photo and display name — become visible to every other member, including strangers. This cannot be undone after the fact.

You join listed groups entirely at your own risk. You should never:

  • send money, cryptocurrency or gift cards to anyone you met in a group;
  • share a one-time password, verification code, banking detail or government ID;
  • install software or open files sent by members you do not know;
  • treat investment, medical, legal or immigration "advice" from a group as reliable.

Leave any group that makes you uncomfortable, and report it to us and to WhatsApp. We have no ability to intervene inside a group, remove a member, or recover anything you have sent or disclosed.

6. Moderation, removal and enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse, edit, unlist or permanently delete any submission; block an IP address or user; and retain records of a removed submission for legal and safety purposes. We are not obliged to monitor content, but we reserve the right to do so.

Where the law requires it, we will cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and share information accordingly.

7. Reporting and takedown

Every listing carries a Report link. You may also write to us via the contact page. Please include the listing URL and the reason for the request.

Group admins may request removal of their own listing at any time, for any reason, and we will action it. Rights holders who believe a listing infringes their intellectual property should send a notice identifying the work, the infringing listing URL, their contact details, and a statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorised. We remove verified infringing listings and terminate repeat infringers.

We aim to act on urgent safety reports as fast as we can, and on other reports within a reasonable period. We do not guarantee a specific response time.

8. Intellectual property

The design, layout, code, text and branding of this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

Content you submit remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backups and records we are required to keep.

"WhatsApp" and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here descriptively only, under nominative fair use.

9. Third-party links and advertising

The Service links to external destinations, including WhatsApp itself, and may display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, their practices or their privacy policies. Following an external link is at your own risk and is governed by that destination's own terms.

10. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that listings are accurate or current, or that invite links still work — group admins can reset an invite link at any time, which silently breaks a listing here.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. No advice or information obtained through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated here.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or reputation, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service — including anything that happens inside a group you joined through it, any interaction with another member, any financial loss, or any content you encountered.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is nil) or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you stronger rights or a different forum, those rights are unaffected.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be signalled on the site where practical. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us on this subject.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms: contact us or email hello@example.com.

Please note: this document is a general template, not legal advice. Laws differ by country, and a directory of user-submitted links carries real regulatory exposure. Have a qualified lawyer review and adapt these Terms — including the governing-law clause and your operator details — before relying on them commercially.
